Functioned as a Technical Product Manager, spearheading the development of a gaming product to enhance the post-class student experience.
Formed a music game development team and established a comprehensive creation process flow, collaborating with cross-functional teams to progress from game conceptualization, wire-framing, asset design, development to QA testing and publishing on the designated platform.
Recruited and trained a team of game developers to create music games utilizing the Cocos game engine and JavaScript.
Implemented and improved development practices to enhance productivity and product quality, including readability guidelines, timeline estimates, Agile development, Git version control, and PM tools.
Achieved a significant reduction in error tickets raised for music games by 95%, as compared to math and coding, by introducing robust game development and QA testing practices, thus becoming the most efficient development team.
Developed the games “Pitch Detective,” “Note Identification,” “Music Director,” and “Rhythm Train” using the Cocos framework.
Received the Creative Advocate Award at the May 2021 Townhall.
